Our Story
Founded in 2017 by two passionate kite surfers, Louis and Francois, C-Kite began with a dream: to share the excitement and freedom of kite surfing with others. Louis, who discovered kite surfing in 2015, fell in love with the sport’s adrenaline and challenge. Together, they created C-Kite to offer quality lessons in the beautiful waters of Langebaan, helping people of all levels experience the thrill and mastery of kite surfing.

Louis Korver
Hey there! I’m Louis Korver. I first got into kitesurfing back in 2015, and just two years later, I opened C-Kite Langebaan in 2017.Extreme sports have always been a big part of my life, and since discovering kitesurfing, I can’t get enough of it. Before diving into my kitesurfing career, I spent 9 years as a safari overland tour guide, exploring southern and eastern Africa.

Liza-Anne Marx
Hey there! I’m Liza-Anne, and I’ve been riding the wind with my kite for over 13 years now. With three seasons of teaching experience, I’ve had the pleasure of guiding beginners and enthusiasts alike through the exhilarating world of kitesurfing. I’m passionate about helping others discover this sport and am known for my patience and supportive teaching style.Beyond kitesurfing, I’m also a Vinyasa Yoga instructor, so I can help you stretch and loosen up those muscles to keep you feeling great on and off the water. Looking forward to helping you on your kitesurfing journey!

Logan Swanepoel
Hey! I’m Logan Swanepoel. I’ve been hooked on kitesurfing since I started in 2019, and it quickly became a huge part of my life. In 2020, I qualified as an IKO Instructor and joined the C-Kite team, where I get to share my passion for kiteboarding every day. I’ve spent countless hours on a twintip, building skills and pushing my limits, and I love passing on that knowledge to my students. If I’m not teaching, you’ll definitely find me out on the water, riding the wind.

Richard Allen
Hi, I’m Richard Allen, born and raised in the windy city of Port Elizabeth. My love for watersports started back in 1984 with windsurfing, and in 2004, I took my first kitesurfing lessons right here in Langebaan. Now, as an IKO-qualified instructor, I’m excited to share my passion and years of experience with you. Let’s catch some wind and make the most of your kitesurfing journey!
